Pay Rate: $12.25-13.75/hr DOE
Assist existing customers with online banking questions, provide navigational support, Unlock User, view and provide secure access code, assist with first time logins and passwords resets.
The specialist will access the banking system and will need a good learning ability in order to assist with:
– Customer Identification
– Updating customer information – address & phone numbers
– Login Assistance
– Password Assistance
– Unlock Assistance
– General Navigation of Online Banking System
– General Feature and Functionality overview of Online Banking System
1 year customer service experience (contact center experience preferred)
HS Diploma or Equivalent
